We’re Melissa, Kyle, Natalie and Tim, and we have shared nearly 30 years of friendship. This bond, built on trust, mutual respect, and countless shared experiences, has inspired the foundation of Happy Paws. Together, we bring a lifetime of entrepreneurial spirit and an unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care for pets and their families.

Melissa and Kyle have fostered dogs for years, opening their home and hearts to pets in need. Kyle has also been an active member of the Pilot Paws program, using his skills as a pilot to transport dogs from high-risk shelters to safety at rescue organizations. This hands-on experience has deepened their understanding of what pets truly need: love, attention, and a safe, caring environment to stay and play.
Natalie and Tim bring their passion for excellence and their highly customer-driven approach to Happy Paws. They envisioned creating a warm, welcoming environment where pets are comfortable and loved and pet parents know they have a partner in the lifetime care of their pets.
With a focus on superior care for pets and pet parents and with Natalie running the day-to-day operations, we’ve taken our shared passion for animals and combined it with decades of business expertise to create a unique space where pets and pet parents feel welcome. From playful days to peaceful stays, we aim to make every moment enriching and joyful for your pets, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.
